1) Customer Service Executive (4 positions based in KL & Penang)
Responsibilities:
- Inbound call handling/customer service via phone/email and online
messenger providing a one stop service
- Customer call back and follow-up
- Provide clients with a clear understanding of the Company’s products
- Take customer orders
- Send brochures/newsletters to customers
- Continuously strive to develop and maintain customer rapport and
satisfaction
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Strong background in Customer Service Skill and Selling
Skill
- Preferred skill(s): Computer Skills such as Ms Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Preferred language(s): Good English
- Preferably female candidates
Those who do not have the education background but possess strong working
