iTrain Sdn Bhd (iTrain) appointed as Microsoft Gold
Partner for Learning Solutions is inviting all final year undergraduates
(who completed their final exams) and postgraduates (who completed their final
year exams) to join the below mentioned hands-on technical trainings and soft
skill trainings for FREE*:
* Applications will be filtered by iTrain according to the
education qualification.
Upon completion of this 1 month hands-on training – graduates
will be presented with multiple prospective employment opportunities with local
and international software companies. This happens after the students have
completed his/her Real World .NET Project Exposure with satisfactory performance
reviews being reflected in the Student Performance Scorecard. All eligible
students will be provided testimonials based on their MCTS .NET Web Developer
Training, Project Management Skills, Soft-Skill Readiness and Real World .NET
Project Exposure results. Candidate screenings/ Interview arrangements will be
done for the student candidates between iTrain and prospective pool of Local and
Global Software Development Companies.

Project Management Skills Workshop (1 Day)
This 1 day Microsoft Project course is designed to focus on
project management practices, skills and tools which include the basic of Scope
management, Time management, Cost management, Quality management, Human Resource
management, Communications management, Risk management and Procurement
management.
Student Soft-Skills Readiness (3 Days)
Job Interview Skills (1 Day) Students will be highlighted
with job interview best practices of the IT industry. Role playing simulation
will be done to assess students on their visualization of ideas and spontaneous
interview answers.
The presentation skills workshop (1 Day) shall ideally teach
students on how to sell themselves better. Students will be required to present
in front of industry business development directors and professional
toastmasters after half-day training.
Resume Writing Workshop (1 Day) - Students will be requested
to prepare a resume before-hand to be submitted in. After attending this
workshop, students will be required to write a resume on the spot to be
submitted in. The trainer will then evaluate the 2 version of these resumes and
help the student to do a complete resume post-review. This final work will then
be forwarded to Microsoft Malaysia HR for EMP 2008 intern candidate screenings.
Real World .NET Project Exposure (14 Days)
This happens after the students have completed his/her MCTS
training and passed the MEASURE-UP test. The project provided to students will
be focusing on .NET development for one of our existing pool of industry
clients.
This project will be done at iTrain under the mentorship and
review by iTrain’s Expert on the respective fields.

WHAT are the goals of iTrain .NET Developer Factory?
To prepare .NET ready graduates for the industry particularly students
who aspire for a technical software development/programming career. (*NOTE:
Graduates aspiring for sales & marketing career are not applicable to
participate in this program.)
WHEN does this start and complete?
iTrain will kick start this program beginning of each month and complete
by the end of the similar month.

from?
iTrain will pro-actively recruit Malaysian student graduates from both
the local and private institutions of higher learning across Malaysia. These
graduates are highly recommended from the university/college faculty based on
