Yes, you can retake the exam after 7 days of the 1st attempt. The retake fee will be RM500.
It will be valid for a lifetime due to vendor-neutral nature of certification which focuses on knowledge and skills rather than product or service.

iTrain has strict SOPs to ensure virtual trainings are effective and aims to achieve positive learning experience for participants. We use Zoom, an online video conference tool for the virtual training. We are also prepared with other video communication softwares like Microsoft Teams, Google Meets and Webex.
